Satisfying my granny tendencies, my friend Georgia and I recently took a trip to Tyntesfield, where i was seriously impressed with the beautiful blooms and amazing kitchen garden.

Dapper chap-ess

I absolutely adore brogues, they are the perfect everyday shoe. I quite like the mannish trend and think my new Topshop Monk Shoes would look fab with a pair of smart black tapered trousers and a fancy shirt.

Day Out In London

We had a fab day out in London last week. Munching our way through some amazing food at Borough Market (so enthralled was I, that I didn't even get a chance to photograph it), a visit to the Tate Modern, The Hayward Gallery, stroll through Hyde Park, past Buckingham Palace, ending in dinner and amazing Italian gelato at Brixton Market with some great friends.

Whitstable

On a cool, grey and blustery day we took a trip to Whitstable in Kent. A quaint, English seaside resort with miles of pebbly beach, winding lanes and alleys and some beautiful freshly caught seafood. Even though we visited on a ghostly, quiet, and rather grim day weatherwise, this sweet place still had a great deal of unspoilt charm.

Catwalk

Last night my beautiful pal Felicity and I were lucky enough to attend the Bath Spa University graduate fashion show which was set in the stunningly beautiful Assembly Rooms in Bath. We were treated to an array of floaty chiffons, daring PVC neon creations and luxe sportswear. It is always a truly inspirational event and I'm already looking forward to next year.

Sunny Salcombe

Wow, what glorious sunshine and how amazingly lucky were we to have been enjoying it's warming delights whilst down by the coast in Devon. Chris and I are just back after a splendid few days in Salcombe, where we lay on the golden sands, soaking up the tingling rays, tentatively dunking our toes in the gently lapping, glistening waves, sipping yummy ales and devouring some beautiful seafood.

Graffiti On A Sunday

After a delightful sun-filled wedding on Saturday, we decided to hit the streets of Bedminster on Sunday and check out the goings on at Upfest. This annual graffiti event is really starting to draw in the crowds and brings North Street alive with the sound of hip hop beats, smell of barbecuing grills and an enthusiastic, jolly crowd of on-looking appreciators.

Last night I was lucky enough to have an absolutely delicious meal c/o Casamia at Eat Drink Bristol Fashion. Queens Square in Bristol has been home to some tepee style tents for the last week or so and hosting special guest chef/restaurant nights where you get to try some of the best food in the South West. Loving The Leopard

Over the years it would be fair to say that I've had the odd dalliance with leopard print. One of my favourite pair of summer shoes are leopard print and I'm getting the feeling it is high time I invested in some more pieces. I would love a mid-length, textured jacket, over sized bag and dare i say it, even a pair of trousers! Always wary of the Bet Lynch effect, most of the time I feel that less is probably more.

Bye Bye Christmas

And so another Christmas is officialy over, I had such a lovely time. The tree is down and will hopefully survive another year to be part of Christmas next year all over again x
