What A Yummy Valentines Day

I was very treated this Valentines Day and felt I had to post some pics of the amazing meal Chris made for me. Asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon with a truffle infused hollandaise sauce, poached duck egg and Gruyere cheese crisp. For pudding, a gooey chocolate souffle with creme-brule ice-cream. Absolutely delicious it was.

Bristol's finest?

I was incredibly excited to be asked to feature in the special Valentines issue of the Bristol Evening Post's 'My Wardrobe' style feature. Along came the jolly photographer to our offices two weeks ago to snap me in one of TruffleShuffle's finest heart print tees, befitting the occasion. After asking a few short and sweet questions, all was ready to go and I was left to wait for the big reveal on Saturday the 12th!
